David has nearly 20 years of experience in strategy and corporate planning, capital raising and new business development. He has successfully raised capital for corporate and development projects across a wide spectrum of industries and geographies.
In 2013, David co-founded Aspire Development Partners LLC with seasoned real estate professionals to make investments, develop, and manage a wide variety of real estate assets,including office, retail, multi-family, healthcare, and mixed use properties. David is responsible for business development, strategic management, and leads the corporate and project funding efforts for Aspire.
Prior to relocating to Atlanta, David was based in New York and worked for the Corporate & Investment Banking division of French lender Societe Generale for over 11 years. During his tenure, he held multiple positions, including COO, Chief of Staff, and most recently as a structurer and marketer in the Capital Markets and Syndications team. Prior to Societe Generale, David worked for Ernst & Young LLP as an auditor and senior management consultant in New York, Zurich, Boston, Chicago and Charlotte.
David earned a BS in Accounting from the University of Connecticut with coursework emphasized in Finance.
David lives in Milton,GA with his wife Felicia and their three children.

Beginning in 2000, David was named the CEO Southern Retirement Services (“SRS”). SRS was the developer, owner and operator of the Dogwood Forest brand of assisted living properties in the Atlanta market as well as several other large senior campus communities. After successfully managing the assets and operations, the properties were sold to long term owners in the industry. David has remained active in the senior living industry providing both development advisory and asset management services to developers, investors and land owners. During his career with SRS, he has developed or advised on developments in excess of $1 billion.
Prior to joining SRS, David held senior executive positions with several companies where he was responsible for the strategy and corporate planning, marketing, new products and services, merger and acquisition activities, and new business development.
In 2013, David co-founded Aspire and leads the Project Management and Asset Management efforts.
David was also the former Chairman of the Board of CNB Holdings, a publicly traded bank holding company, and First Capital Bancorp.
David attended the University of Wisconsin in Madison where he earned a BS in Electrical Engineering, a BA in public Utility Business Administration, and an MBA in Management and Finance.
David lives “on the lake” in Cumming, GA with his wife Lisa and has 7 adult children and 4 grandchildren.

Stephen joined Aspire in December 2013 to focus on Deal Origination, Acquisitions and Divestitures.
Stephen continues to serve as the managing member of his parent company, Galbraith Enterprises and has over a decade of experience in the capital markets, real estate development and finance sectors. Galbraith Enterprises was formed to source, negotiate, develop and fund income producing projects in the US and internationally. Galbraith Enterprises is currently developing projects domestically and abroad, including a $200mm mixed use development in Blacksburg, VA.
Prior to founding Galbraith Enterprises, Mr. Galbraith was Vice President of Retail Investments at Easlan Capital of Atlanta. During his tenure with Easlan, Mr. Galbraith handled all aspects of retail projects, including the acquisition, financing, structuring, and disposition of retail properties. While at Easlan, Stephen completed in excess of 100 transactions with a market value exceeding $750mm.
Mr. Galbraith earned a BA in Marketing from Marshall University.
Stephen lives in Marietta, GA, with his wife Michelle and their three children.
