Aspire Development and The Arbor Company Announces 200+ Unit Development in Cherokee County

Aspire Development Partners and The Arbor Company announced plans for the development of a unique and cutting edge senior living community in the fast growing area of Cherokee county. The site is located on Sixes Road near the large master planned Bridge Mill Golf and Country Club community.  Construction is scheduled to start in late 2015.  The plan calls for 140 units of active independent living and 80 units of assisted living and memory care residences.  Thoughtfully incorporated into a stylish, resort-like campus, and situated on a picturesque 15-acre site, the development will deliver Arbor’s exceptional level of hospitality, service and care. The project is expected to add nearly 300 new operational and construction jobs to the area.

Innovative interior design by studioSIX5 Design, the facility will offer residents state-of-the-art lifestyle options complemented by Arbors’ signature levels of service and care.  All Aspire communities focus on wellness, quality of life and social engagement.

The community is being constructed by Choate Construction and is set to open late 2016.

The project will be financed by LFW Investments, the investment arm of local real estate investor Leo F. Wells.
