Mr. Hink has managed the operations and assets of Southern Retirement Services (“SRS”) since 2000 and provides development advisory services to the senior living industry. During his career with SRS, he has developed or advised on developments in excess of $1 billion. Prior to joining SRS, Mr. Hink held senior executive positions with several companies where he was responsible for the strategy and corporate planning, marketing, new products and services, merger and acquisition activities, and new business development.
Mr Hink was also the former Chairman of the Board of CNB Holdings, a publicly traded bank holding company, and First Capital Bancorp.
Mr. Hink attended the University of Wisconsin in Madison where he earend a BS in Electrical Engineering, a BA in public Utility Business Administration, and an MBA in Management and Finance.

Mr. Dlugolenski is a highly respected executive with significant experience in strategy and corporate planning, capital raising and new business development.
Mr. Dlugolenski is the founder and Managing Partner of BluePrint Strategic Partners LLC, a management consulting and business development firm based in Atlanta, GA. He has over 15 years of experience in financial services and has successfully raised capital for corporate and development projects across a wide spectrum of industries and geographies. Mr. Dlugolenski worked for the Corporate & Investment Banking division of French lender Societe Generale for over 11 years. During his tenure, he held multiple positions, including COO, Chief of Staff, and most recently as a structurer and marketer in the Capital Markets and Syndications team. Prior to Societe Generale, Mr. Dlugolenski worked for Ernst & Young LLP as an auditor and senior management consultant in New York , Zurich, Boston, Chicago and Charlotte.
Mr. Dlugolenski earned a BS in Accounting from the University of Connecticut with coursework emphasized in Finance.

Mr. Galbraith is the founder and President of Galbraith Enterprises and has over a decade of experience in the capital markets, real estate development and finance sectors. Galbraith Enterprises was formed to source, negotiate, develop and fund income producing projects in the US and internationally.
Prior to starting Galbraith Enterprises, Mr. Galbraith was Vice President of Retail Investments at Easlan Capital of Atlanta. During his tenure with Easlan, Mr. Galbraith handled all aspects of retail projects, including the acquisition, financing, structuring, and disposition of retail properties.
Mr. Galbraith earned a BA in Marketing from Marshall University.
