ASPIRE Development Partners LLC (ASPIRE) was established to seek development and repositioning (design, develop, construct, deliver, exit) opportunities of senior housing, with an initial focus on assisted living facilities throughout the Southeastern U.S.

ASPIRE’s senior partners have significant experience developing, financing, constructing and operating senior living projects across the Southeast US, including the Dogwood Forest Assisted Living properties in the Atlanta metropolitan area and the development of several other large-scale senior campus communities in the South East.

Architect
PRDG LLC (Paul Ryan Design Group) is a Dallas architectural firm specializing in design and planning of senior living, healthcare, hospice, and hospitality properties.  Co-founded by Paul Donaldson, AIA LEED AP, and Ryan Robinson, AIA, LEED AP BD+C, PRDG is an outgrowth of the global architectural and design firm Perkins+Will.

Interior Design
StudioSIX5 was founded on June 5, 2003 by B. Dean Maddalena, AIA, NCARB, IIDA and Lea von Kaenel, IIDA, ASID as an interior design firm that specializes exclusively in creating interior environments for all aspects of senior living throughout the United States.

Management Company / Consultant
The Arbor Company has acted as the consultant on Arbor Terrace at Citrus Park. It is the preference of the seller that The Arbor Company be contracted as the third-party manager for the property. Based in Atlanta, Georgia, The Arbor Company currently manages 20 Senior Housing communities located in Georgia (7), Florida (5), North Carolina (3), South Carolina (2), Pennsylvania (1), Tennessee (1) and Texas (1).
